If we throw a ball in front of a wall, the ball Will bounce back towards us and will end at the same distance.(To every Action, there is equal and opposite Reaction.)

(Note- Generally, this thing is impossible as some of the energy is consumed by the air drag, some energy becomes sound energy when the ball collides with the wall and some of the energy is reduced by friction.)
