Me: My self discipline would be 3 out of 5 I guess. Thus is because I am well disciplined for my working hours and gym hours. But I am not disciplined for a particular time of sleep or eating.

Brother: I would rate 3 out of 5 for my brother. He is disciplined for his eating schedule, learning etc but he is not disciplined for sleep etc.

Father: I'll rate my father 5 out of 5. My father is disciplined in almost everything. He has the same time of sleeping, eating, going to work and basically the same lifestyle.
