- When a rocket is launched, the fuel is burnt and large amount of gases are released towards the ground , the ground in turn pushes it back and hence the rocket moves upwards.
- When a racer is about to start the race , he/she pushes the ground a little bit so that it's easy for them to run faster, as the ground pushes them back with the same force , it's easy for them to to run faster.
