Difference of dilute and concentrated acids depends upon their concentrations in water.

Dilute acid - Those acids in which acidic concentration is lower in water is called as dilute acids. For example 3% Hydrochloric acid is an example of dilute acid.

Concentrated acid - Those acids which are pure or have very high concentration in water are called as concentrated acids. For example concentrated Hydrochloric acid (HCl) and concentrated Sulphuric acid \bold{\left(\mathrm{H}_{2} \mathrm{SO}_{4}\right)} are examples of concentrated acids.
