first law of motion says that ...object remains in the same position of rest or uniform motion untill or unless an external unbalanced force is applied.. example in agreement with this is... suppose you are in a bus and you are pushing it from inside does it makes any impact...no... until or unless you will push the bus from outside it will not move...let's take an example of a pen stand... it remains stationary until you go and pick it up...while picking you exert pressure and that proves the first law of motion... now let's take an example of a car.. it doesn't stops by itself...you need to apply breaks to stop it...it is also in agreement with first law of motion.....
