Well no. Practically speaking no. A zero coefficient of friction when two bodies slide together is close to impossible. However at the nano level researchers have successfully simulated the relative motion between an optical lattice and an ion crystal. Now since our scale is so small even one atom counts and hence can be taken advantage of. They moved the atoms of the crystal in such a manner that when rubbed with another surface (here the optical lattice) it generated almost no friction (due to a better availability of space). However at a macro scale there are more collisions and boundaries that need to be taken care of and hence as far as friction less surfaces go most of the research is being carried out in micro and nano scale.
