Most of the people are God-fearing people and they follow their religions and cultural beliefs meticulously. This might also affect their everyday work and business. The owner of a business or the employees may lean towards following a religious practice which may or may not adversely affect their work.

A few common religious practices that may affect the business practices include - prayer breaks for the Muslim employees, requests for custom holidays, blessing and performing poojas at office locations, effect of the religious beliefs on their social behaviours, believing in superstitions and myths, eating habits, difference in dressing, discrimination based on religion or minority communities, etc.

However, there are a few practices where people follow religious guidelines to go ahead and help people out of their way, to forgive, follow healthy lifestyles like no smoking and no alcohol, etc.

Beliefs might be the greatest single power at work in our organizational lives. Financial aspects, training, the earth, and representative engagement are exceedingly imperative, however, underneath the surface level exchange, the greater part of what's in play is extremely about the convictions of the different people whose perspectives are being bandied about.

While everybody has a few convictions that they're aware of—governmental issues, religion, sports, and mainstream social issues appear to incite rapid articulations of help or disdain—we really have far, significantly a greater number of convictions at play in our lives than that.

The trouble is that those convictions are every now and again confined as certainties, certitudes, musings, hypotheses, standards, shoulds, and ought to not. A large portion of us neglects to remember them for the beliefs they are.
