With globalization the increase in deforestation, mining and pollution have resulted. To make the products the raw materials are needed and for them. More technology means more globalization which increases the use of machinery which in return increases pollution.

Globalization has helped in the growth in international trade and finance. Increased consumption in the economy leads to an increased production of the goods which results in the stress in the environment. The goods when produced are transported to other areas and the amount of fuel utilized in transporting the products lead to an increase in the pollution, resulting in form of noise pollution and air pollution.

Ozone layer depletion is also a result of globalization, the use of airplanes and the gasses emitted from them are the reasons. The encroachment of land is another effect on the environment, means cutting down of the hills or mountains in order to make way for the vehicles.

The solution for this problem is the globalization itself, eco-friendly activities and machinery should be encouraged in order to deal with the problem. With such advancements figuring out ways to create harmony with the environment is possible and creating policies which can prevent the environment from being damaged further.
