2) Vertical power sharing : In this form of power sharing , power is shared among different levels of the government Equal power is shared with all the levels of government vertically.

3) Power is shared among different social groups as well as religious and linguistic groups and this type of power sharing ensures equal opportunities to the weaker section of the society .
