- Lencho was the only one who had a house in crest of low hill, throughout the valley . He could get a good view of river and corral from his house.
- Lencho got 70 pesos from post officers in the form of God. He asked 100 pesos. But, 70 pesos is enough to feed his family.

- Initially there was no rain. Lencho and his poor family ached for rain. But suddenly there happened a heavy strom in which Lencho's crops were totally destroyed.
- He was very sad and he has no idea of what to do now. He believes in God and believes that he will be his final and only hope.
- on seeing his husband's worries for his crops his wife advised him to write a letter to God. She felt that he would feel a little well after writing the letter. He in his letter writes that "My crops were destroyed. My family is likely to starve.l was in need of some money-hundred pesos".
- He posted the letter. The postman on seeing the unusual letter decided to open and read it. He was a very generous man. So he decided to send money to Lencho.
- But, he didn't have that much amount. So, he was able to send only seventy pesos. Lencho have no excitement in receiving the money. On counting the money he felt sad and angry.
- On counting the money he was shocked that God had sent only seventy pesos. So he decided to write another letter to God which conveys that 30 pesos were missing. On opening the second letter, the postmaster was very much shocked in which Lencho had written that "please,send the remaining money. I need it now very much. But, the next time please don't send the money through post. The post office employees were a bunch of thieves".
