as far as i think the answer is mercury, because it is also used in thermometers, and reacts with air and water. and for the foreword information, mercury is also a non-metal.

H,B,C,Si,N,P, As, Sb, 0, S, Se, Te, F, Cl, Br, I and
the noble gases.
Actually... there are just some noble gases left that have not been proven to react with oxygen.
Like helium, neon, argon and krypton.
Xenon can react and form unstable compounds in VERY uncommon environments with oxygen!
