Preventive Measures :

• People who live in areas close to volcanoes must always be alert to the warnings issues by conserned authorities and must evacuate the area immediately.
• One should move as far as possible from ash and lava.
• People must wear gas masks to avoid being affected by the harmful gases.
• The face and skin must be kept covered.
• Sunglasses should be worn to protect the eyes from the ash.
