(a)eutrophication
(b)covering of water surface by algae doesn't allow the sunlight to reach down the surface of water bodies like river, pond or lake.as a result deficiency of oxygen makes it difficult for aquatic animals to survive.
(c)concern for aquatic plants and animals
using fertilizers in proper amount instead of using it in excessive amount.

1 . EUTROPHICATION
2. IT BLOCKS THE SUNLIGHT AND OXYGEN TO DISSOLVE IN WATER AS IT COVERS THE SURFACE OF WATER
3. STOP POLLUTING THE WATER AND WE SHOULD NOT USE EXCESSIVE FERTILIZERS.
