In BRAINLY, a user cannot block Moderators, but you can block other users who aren't Moderators ,
The reason by which Moderator can't be blocked is ....
♦ They are protectors of Brainly, if they need to warn any spammers and if they blocked him , it is not possible to warn....
If any Moderator , does any bad behaviour to you , plz report to Leaders like Nikki57 , Praneethworldtopper
If you can't ban any odinary users , there may be any problems with your app or bugs, so plz log out and login your iD or reinstall the app..
