find the area of circle whose radius is

(a) 21 m

area = πr^2

= 22÷7×21×21

=22×3×21

= 1386 m

(b) 32 m

area =πr^2

=22÷7×32×32

=3.14×32×32

=3215.36mm

find the area of a circle whose diameter is

(a)28m

diameter =28m

radius= d÷2

radius= 28÷2

radius = 14

area = πr^2

= 22÷7×14×14

= 22×2×14

=616 m

(b)40 cm

diameter =40 cm

radius = d÷2

radius= 40÷2

radius= 20 cm

area = πr^2

= 22÷7×20×20

= 3.14×20×20

= 1256 cm
