(1) Participle:- Seeing
Seeing is formed from the verb 'See' and has an Object 'Wicked Man'. 'Seeing' and 'I' have a connection; 'Seeing' says something about 'I'. Thus the word 'Seeing' also does the work of Qualifying the Noun 'I', like an Adjective.
It is used to express an earlier action, or one of the actions of the same subject.
The Participle which is formed from the Verb after adding 'ing' at the end is called 'Present Participle'.
