Exercise 1. Underline the verbs in the following passage. Write F for the finite verbs and N for the non-finite verbs.

Playing games has never been my strong point. I have not learnt even swimming although I have lived by the sea all my life. At school everybody laughed at me when I flopped into the water and began to fumble about in the pool. I enjoyed splashing around in the water but I could never succeed in getting both feet off the ground, nor could I master the art of pushing myself forward by using my arms and legs at the same time. In the end it was accepted that I would never succeed in swimming. I had already proved myself useless at running and jumping, and because of my very small size, weightlifting was totally out of question. In the end, I resigned to being only a spectator. I ended up becoming a sports commentator.

(p. s. the paragraph is big but the question is easy. So, plz help me. )

Finite words change according to the sentences

but Non-Finite words don't, they don't even act as a verb in the sentence

I'm not sure whether I've done everything right.
