Given:-

  • Three More than twice a number is equal to four less than the number.

To Find :-

  • Find the Number

Solution :-

We are given with a Question to find the number with given clues.

  • Let x be the Number

According to the question

  • Three more than twice a number = 2x+3

  • The number minus 4 = x-4

In the question it is given that the both are equal.

  • 2x+3= x - 4

  • 2x - x = -4(-3)

  • x = -7

Also stated that Add 4 consecutive integers and find the sum

Consecutive integers = -8,-9,-10,-11

  • Sum = -7+-8+-9+-10+-11 = -45
