Let the angles be 2x, 5x and 4x. Their sum will be

➛ 2x + 5x + 4x = 11x

The average of these angles is 77°. We know that,

  • Average = Sum of all observations / No. of observations (Here it is the angles)

Then,

↝ 77° = Sum of all angles / 3

↝ Sum of all angles = 231°

In terms x, the sum of all angles is 11x. So, Finding x from the above data:

↝ 11x = 231°

↝ x = 231° / 11

↝ x = 21°

Measure of all angles:

  • 2x = 2(21°) = 42°
  • 5x = 5(21°) = 105°
  • 4x = 4(21°) = 84°
  • Last angle = 360° - (42° + 105° + 84°) = 129°

And we are done! :D
