Answer: Gurmeet Singh was a person of great care. He had been going on and about for 20 years, visiting an abandoned ward of patients. This was his routine for nights where he went with food and medicines. He pays for their bills and much more, such as tests and medicines for cancer patients.

Answer:

Gurmeet Singh is a philanthropist from the Indian state of Patna. For the last two decades, he has been helping poor and abandoned patients who think of him as a god. He provides them medicines and food and visits them regularly. People regard him as their messiah.

His devotion to the needs of poor and destitute people is exemplary. Every day when he visits the hospital ward, faces of the patients who anxiously wait for him lit up. A patient called him god when he put a blanket on him and shut the door to keep the cold out.

The scene of the hospital ward where Gurmeet served was very distressing. The walls of the hospital were filthy and the floor was unclean. The smell of urine and stale food overwhelmed the hospital. At night, rats came out of an extinct fireplace in search of food.

Gurmeet Sing is all in one for lawaris patients. For them, he is a doctor, nurse, and kin simultaneously. He takes care of them like a nurse, provides them food and blankets. Like a doctor, he asks them about their condition, inquires about their illness and provides the medicine. For the last thirteen years, he did not go on vacation and visited them regularly as he is their kin.

Gurmeet Singh is a good Samaritan because of the following reasons;

  1. He is a compassionate person.
  2. He helps the poor with his money and time.
  3. He is a kind-hearted person.
  4. He is an optimist.
  5. He has a noble mission.

Hope it has answered your question.
