I would agree with the topic of television is hazardous to children's health and growth as it comes along with everything it wants to display. it has its pros and cons. But I cannot help but not notice that children are increasingly getting addicted to cartoons which are now using vulgar language and explicit terms.
children are supposed to learn what is right and wrong for their upcoming life and golden things that are presumed to be allowed. But the growing sensation of social media and the increasing popularity of games has taken control over it.
Things should be limited in all aspects of anyone's life. Children have moulding brains in such a short period. if they are exposed to things that are not appropriate it will have a lasting effect as an adult when they will grow up.
- Low self-esteem
- body shaming
- depression
- isolation
And many more. we need to show them educational characteristics as well as things that will boost their inner surface. Last but not the least it is we who should take care of that fact what our children are watching and what they are displaying them to.
