Step-by-step explanation:

(¡)2x²+x-6=0

or,2x²+(4-3)x-6=0

or,2x²+4x-3x-6=0

or,2x(x+2)-3(x+2)=0

or,(x+2)(2x-3)=0

therefore, x+2=0

or,x=-2

& 2x-3=0

or,2x=3

or,x=3/2

so,x= -2 &3/2

(¡¡)x²-3x-10=0

or,x²-(5-2)x-10=0

or,x²-5x+2x-10=0

or,x(x-5)+2(x-5)=0

or,(x-5)(x+2)=0

therefore,x-5=0

or,x=5

&, x+2=0

or,x=-2

so,x=5 & -2
