we know that area of ∆=

 \frac{1}{2} x1(y2 - y3) + x2(y3 - y1) + x3(y1 - y2)

here,

x1 = 3.

x2 =4.

x3= -5

y1=1

y2=3

y3=4

therefore,

1 3(3-4)+4(4-1)-5(1-3)

2

1 (3×-1)+(4×3)+(-5×-2)

2

1 (-3+ 12+20)

2

1 × 29

2

29 = 14.5

2

hence,

area of = 14.5 m²

hope it helps u

thank you!
