To Find :

Solution :

let age or Monica be x

then age of Ruchi = 4 + x

and sum of their ages = 20

➪ x + 4 + x = 20

➪ 2x + 4 = 20

➪ 2x = 20 - 4

➪ 2x = 16

➪ x = 16/2

➪ x = 8

so, age of Monica is 8 years

then, age of karan Ruchi is 8 + 4 = 12 year

• Monica's age = 8 years
• Monica's age = 8 yearsRuchi's age = 12 years
