Exercise and breathing
Investigate the effect of exercise on the breathing rate of a Human being.
i. Sit down comfortably on a chair. Take 2 minutes to settle.
ii. Count the number of breaths per minute and record,
ini. Stand up. Immediately measure the breathing rate and
record.
iv. Walk for 2 minutes. Immediately measure the breathing rate
and record.
V. Run for 2 minutes. Immediately measure the breathing rate
and record.
vi. Compare the breathing rates after the different levels of
exercise.
vii. Write the conclusion.​

Count the number of pulses per minute and record.4.

 

Repeat twice and calculate the average number of pulses per minute and record. This iscalled the resting heart rate.5.

 

Stand up. Immediately measure your pulse rate and record.6.

Walk briskly for 5 minutes. Immediately measure the pulse rate and record.8.

When we are sitting our puls rate is normal and when stand puls rate is some high and walking plus rate is high than stand and when we run plus rate is high than walking .
