Explanation:

DRAM - Each memory cell of "Dynamic RAM" comprise of a capacitor and transistor. The capacitors are of slow discharge, lead to data in it to drain, so "dynamic RAM" has to be refreshed every few milliseconds to maintain the stored data.

SRAM - "Static RAM" comprises transistors. It stores information in the memory so long as continuous power is supplied to it. Hence, Static RAM is faster but very expensive.
