Solutions for dark patches appear on the skin:-

  • Aloe vera:-  It contains active compounds which are aloin and aloesin. Both have been found to effectively lighten hyperpigmentation helpful to remove sunspots.
  • Apple cider vinegar:- The acetic acid present in apple cider vinegar may help lighten sunspots on applying regularly.
  • Black tea:- Applying black tea water twice a day for four weeks to dark spots had a skin-lightening effect.
  • Green tea:- Green tea extract have a depigmenting effect helpful skin lightening.
  • Milk:- Lactic acid in milk, sour milk, and buttermilk that may help lighten skin pigmentation including dark patches.
  • Vitamin C:- The antioxidant properties of vitamin C provide several benefits including a protective effect against UVA and UVB radiations. Applying vitamin C is also an effective way to lighten dark spots caused by the sun.
  • Vitamin E:- Dietary and topical vitamin E oil help protect skin against sun damage and also lighten sunspots.
