Answer:

i)The distribution of natural resources depends upon many physical factors like land, climate and altitude. The distribution of resources is unequal because these factors differ from place to place on this earth.

ii)Nature conservation is a conservation movement focused on protecting species from extinction, maintaining and restoring habitats, enhancing ecosystem services and protecting biological diversity. A range of values underlie conservation, which can be guided by biocentrism, anthropocentrism, ecocentrism and sentientism.

iii)From hiring activities that identify the right people for each role to programs that give employees more ways to collaborate and communicate, the human resources department supports employee morale and helps employees develop a deeper commitment to the company and its goals.

iv)economic development that is conducted without depletion of natural resources

this is because happened the resources distributed unequally all over the earth because all over the world have different types of resources such as Raj in Rajasthan there is hot climate and for that there is no water and in Jammu Kashmir there is cold climate but the water get free so the difference between these all so all over the world have different types of climate for the climate purpose it goes on to be different type of resource
