Exercising at high altitude is most likely to affect our lungs as at high altitudes there is less supply of oxygen to our body and it fights for oxygen

Of course ,this statement is true.At high altitudes pressure is very low, because pressure decreases with increasing height .Due to low pressure partial pressure of oxygen is reduced.Solubility of oxygen like any other gases decreases along with partial pressure. This according to Henry's law which states that at a constant temperature the solubility of a gas in liquid is directly proportional to its partial pressure of the gas present above the surface of liquid or solution. Thus concentration of oxygen in blood is reduced and the person will become weak. With out oxygen Metabolism will not occur and thus energy is not released.so don't exercise at higher altitude.Low blood oxygen causes climbers to become weak and unable to think clearly , symptoms of a condition known as anoxia.
