working of hydeaulic press is: when the pumo plunger A is raised by raising the handle H the pressure from the cylinder P decreases and the valve V1 open upwards. As the result water from the reservior tank is pushed by the cylinder P by the atmospheric pressure acting on a free surface this is the working of hydraulic press based on pascals law
