The french revolution was asignificance event not only in the history of europe but of the entire world.It was the greatest socio-political event of the european history.In fact european history began with it.It spread all over the whole world.by destroying the ancient regime in france it recognised a new socio-political order.It set new ideas of liberty,equality,fraternity and created congenial (same) atmosphere for democracy to grow.It has prove to be an event of world significance.It did’t affect france alone but vertually changed the course of human history.The new concept such as nationalism,constitutionalism and liberalism emerge as a result of the franch revolution.

The franch revolution was essentially a bourgeoisie revolution in its character.The result and significance of tha franch revolution are as follows:
