Given :

\sf{ \bigg( \frac{1}{x} + \frac{y}{3} \bigg) {}^{2} } \\

Using Formula

(a + b)² = a² + 2ab + b²

By using formula

\sf\longrightarrow{ \bigg( \frac{1}{x} \bigg) {}^{2} + 2 \bigg( \frac{1}{x} \bigg) \bigg( \frac{y}{3} \bigg) + \bigg( \frac{y}{3} \bigg) {}^{2} } \\ \\ \sf\longrightarrow{ \frac{1}{x {}^{2} } + 2 \bigg( \frac{y}{3x} \bigg) + \frac{y {}^{2} }{9} } \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \\ \\ \bf\longrightarrow \red{ \frac{1}{x {}^{2} } + \frac{2y}{3x} + \frac{y {}^{2} }{9} } \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \: \:

This is expanded form.
