Answer:

 =  >  {2x}^{3}  - 3 ({2x})^{2} ( - 1) + 3(2x) ({ - 1})^{2}   - ( { - 1}^{3} )

 =  > 8 {x}^{3}  - 3(4 {x}^{2} ) + 3(2x) - ( - 1)

 =  > 8 {x}^{3}  + 12 {x}^{2}  + 6x + 1

  = {8x}^{3}  - 3 ({4x}^{2}) + 3(2x) - ( - 1)

 =  {8x}^{2} -  {12x}^{2}  +6x + 1
