Expansion of :- (a + b)^4 = a^4 + 4a^3b + 6a^2b^2 + 4ab^3 + b^4

Now,

(2x^2 + 3)^4 = (2x^2)^4 + 4(2x^2)^3(3) + 6(2x^2)^2(3)^2 + 4(2x^2)(3)^3 + (3)^4

16 {x}^{8} + 96 {x}^{6} + 216 {x}^{4} + 216 {x}^{2} + 81 \\ \\ 8 {x}^{2} (2 {x}^{6} + 12 {x}^{4} + 27 {x}^{2} + 27) + 81

this is the answer
