{\huge{\underbrace{\rm{Answer\checkmark}}}}

 \rm \star \:  {(a + b + c)}^{2}  =  {a}^{2}  +  {b}^{2}  +  {c}^{2}  + 2(ab + bc + ac)

here ,

 \longrightarrow \:  \rm \: a = 3x

 \longrightarrow \rm \: b =  \dfrac{ - y}{2}

  \longrightarrow \:  \rm \: c = 4z

Now , just put the values in the Formula...

Answer:

(3x - \frac{y}{2}  + 4z)^2 =9x^2 + \frac{y^2}{4}  +  16z^2 - 3xy - 4yz + 24zx

Step-by-step explanation:

(3x - \frac{y}{2}  + 4z)^2\\=(3x - \frac{y}{2})^2  + 2(3x - \frac{y}{2}).4z + (4z)^2\\=(3x)^2 - 2.3x.\frac{y}{2} + (\frac{y}{2})^2 + 24zx - 4yz + 16z^2\\=9x^2 - 3xy + \frac{y^2}{4} + 24zx - 4yz + 16z^2

=9x^2 + \frac{y^2}{4}  +  16z^2 - 3xy - 4yz + 24zx
