(2x^{4}+ {3x}^{3} ) \times (2x^{4}-3x^{3} ) \\  =  ((2x + 2x)+(3x\times3x\times3x)) \times ((2x \times 2x \times 2x \times 2x ) - (3x \times 3x \times 3x) \\  = (4x + 27x) \times (16x -27x) \\  = (31x) \times (11x)

Therefore,

(2x^4 + 3x^3)(2x^4 - 3x^3)

=> (31x)*(11x)
