Given equation : 2( p + 2q - 3 )

         Solution : -

⇒ 2( p + 2q - 3 )

As 2 is common is the p + 2q - 3, when bracket will be removed all terms will be multiplied by 2. Like 2( x + y ) = 2( x ) + 2( y ) = = 2x + 2y .

2( p ) + 2( 2q ) - 2( 3 )

⇒ ( 2 x p ) + ( 2 x 2q ) - ( 2 x 3 )

⇒ 2p + 4q - 6

∴ 2( p + 2q - 3 ) = 2p + 4q - 6.

As there is no like term, it can't be simplified. Therefore 2p + 4q - 6 is final answer.

Therefore, option C is correct.
