#BAC- bacterial artificial chromosome

#YAC - yeast artificial chromosome

#BAC and YAC are DNA construct which are based on functional fertility plasmid.

•BAC is used in cloning and transforming in bacteria usually bacterias such as E.coli.

•YAC is used in cloning and transforming in yeast.
