This is a very thought provoking statement -dreams dont allow you to sleep ! I would thought that you get dreams only when you sleep!However if we look at the implied meaning of the expression we will find that it is true.Dream here stand for ambition;those who have ambition will certainly not sleep all yhe time because they will be working hard to achieve those ambitions. they will always be burning the midnight oil and planning on what their next step should be .A great leader like Jawaharal Nehru was so involved in the bulding of a new india that he barely slept for four hours per day .hence it is true dreams dont allow you to sleep
