1.

using identity (a+b)^2 =a^2+b^2 +2ab

(x^2+5)^2=(x^2)^2+(5)^2+2*x^2*5

=x^4+25+10x^2

2. using identity (a-b)^2=a^2+b^2-2ab

(4-y^2)^2= (4)^2+(y^2)^2-2*4*y^2

=16+y^4-8y^2

Hola Mate!!

Identities :- (a^2+b^2+2ab)

1. (x^2+5)^2

=> (x^2)^2+(5)^2+2×x^2×5

=> x^4+10+10x^2

Identities :- (a^2+b^2-2ab)

2. (4-y^2)^2

=> (4)^2+(y^2)^2-2×4×y^2

=> 16+y^4-8y^2

Hopes its help u ♡♡♡
