Using ( a + B )^3

(a + b) ^3 = a^3 + b^3 + 2 ( a+ b) ( ab )

(p + 1)^3 = (p)^3 + (1)^3 + 2 ( p + 1) (p)

= p^3 + 1 + 2p + 2p

= p^3 + 1 + 2p^2 + 2p
