TITLE - The old man, his son and the donkey
An old man and his son were once going to the fair in their village with a donkey. The donkey was not ridden by either of them. As they go on their way, they hear people around laugh at them. They suppose it's because of donkey which they weren't riding and felt that the people thought they were foolish by doing so. The son starts riding the donkey. After a while, he started getting rebuked by the other groupof people for not letting the poor father ride. Now the father rides and he gets scolded too for not letting his young son ride. So they both start riding which gets them condemned for showing cruelty on the poor soul. Concerned by this, they start tying the donkey to a pole and then decide to carry it along the bridge leading to the village. The donkey, struggling in the midst of this falls into the river. Having been tied, it drowned.
