here we will apply Identity

(a+b)^2=a^2+b^2 +2ab

(p+q)^2=p^2+q^2+2pq

(p + q) {}^{2}

we \: know \: that \:  ( {a})^{2} means \:   a\times a

therefore \: \\ (p + q) {}^{2} \\  (p + q)(p + q)
