Solutions

 \implies \: x {}^{3} + 27y {}^{3}  \\

can we be written as

 \implies \: x {}^{3}  + (3y) {}^{3}  \\

we know that formula of

 \implies \pink{a {}^{3} +  b {}^{3}  = (a + b)(a {}^{2}  + b {}^{2} - ab) \ } \\  \\

 \implies \:( x  + 3y)(x {}^{2}  + (3y) {}^{2} - x.3y \\  \\  \implies \: (x + 3y)(x {}^{2}   + 9y {}^{2}  - 3xy) \\
