(1 + 2x - 3y)2

= 2 × 1 + 2 × 2x + (-3y) × 2

= 2 + 4x + (-6y)

 = 2 \times (1 + 2x - 3y) \\ = 2 \times (1 + 3x - 1x - 3y) \\ = 2 \times 1(1 + 3x) - 1(1 + 3x) \\ =( \ 2 ) (1 + 3x)( - 1) \\ = ( - 2)(1 + 3x)

Hence. It is the required result..
