= (2/3x)^2 + (3/2x)^2 - 2 × 2/3x × 3/2x

= 4/9x^2 + 9/4x^2 - 2/x^2

= 16 + 81 /36x^2 - 2/x^2

= 97/36x^2 - 2/x^2

= 97 - 72 /36x^2

= 25/36x^2

or

(2/3x - 3/2x)^2

= (4 - 9 /6x)^2

= (-5/6x)^2

= (-5)^2 / (6x)^2

= 25/36x^2
