here we use ( a+ b+ c)^2=a2 +b2 +c2 +2ab +2 bc+ 2ca
a= 2x , b= y , c= 3z
(2x)^2+(y)^3+(3z)^2+2*2x*y+2*y*3z+2*3z*2x
= 4x2 + y2 +9z2+ 4xy + 6yz + 13zx.
here your ans!!

Hey friend! Here is your answer.
In this question, we can use the formula,
(a+b+c)^2
=a^2+b^2+c^2+2ab+2bc+2ca

(2x+y+3z)^2

(2x)^2+(y)^2+(3z)^2+(2×2x×y)+(2×y×3z)+(2×3z×2x)

4x^2+y^2+9z^2+4xy+6yz+12zx
