(4x+y-3z)² is in the form of (a+b+c)²
∵(a+b+c)²=a²+b²+c²+2ab+2bc+2ca,
(4x+y-3z)²=(4x)²+(y)²+(-3z)²+2(4x)(y)+2(y)(-3z)+2(-3z)(4x)
                =16x²+y²+9z²+8xy-6yz-24zx.

(4x+y-3z)²

[ (a+b+c)² = a²+b²+c²+2ab+2bc+2ac]

= (4x)²+(y)²+(-3z)²+2(4x)(y)+2(y)(-3z)+2(-3z)(4x)

= 16x² + y² + 3z² +8xy -6yz -24xz
