"be the change u want to see" This quotation is a little futuristic quotation. Firstly you have to involve yourself in that change whatever is the position of yours. U have to involves yourself in that thought process in which u want to change. This quotation is very easy to understand but very hard to apply it in your life. You have to change your thinking process upon many things( In your personal life). we are always dependent on each other saying(in mind) he/she will help and the second person will think that the 3rd person will help and the 3rd person will think that 4th person will helps and the 4th person will think that the 1st person will help. Because of this everyone will be dependent on each other and no will help that person. Similarly animals and humans are also dependent which is hard to explain. The main thinking you should change is fear of failure. The CEO of Google once said that "wear failure as a badge of honour." you should change your own thinking first before changing other's thinking. First "be the change that you want to see."

The proverb Be the change you want to see simply means that if we want to bring or see any kind or any type of change in our community then we cannot insist or pressure the community to follow the change. Instead, first the same kind of change should be start from ourself.

For example, only when we are punctual, we can teach others on values of punctuality. Let’s talk about some real example if we want our society to be corruption free then we should be the first one to stop giving bribes. Similary, in school if the school want that all students should speak English then Teachers in school should stop communicating in hindi with Students.
