Early to bed early ,early to rise,makes a man healthy,wealthy and wise.

early rising is the law of nature which every living being should follow,but with changing trends we are challenging the natures law, leading to problems for oneself.This negative habbit inculcated in us is leading to many health problems.we get delayed in our work leading to more stress,more tension and less efficiency.
after a good nap our mind is fresh ,more active directly increases our efficiency. 
a  little exercise in the morning gives us the required vitamins from the sun and also keeps us healthy.
 Healthy body leads to Healthy mind and hence we should follow the natures law of early rising like the other living creatures do.

Early rising is a good habit. It enables us to do a lot of work in the early morning. We can do many of our work in the early morning, before waiting for anyone to get awake.


Also, whenever we are doing work in early morning, we have a good feeling and a fresh mind. Early rising is best for the students. They can get lot of extra time for studying. In the morning, our mind is fresh, so we can do any work neatly.


In the morning, there is a calm environment. There is no extra sound and noise, as in the day time. Early rising, gives a good impact on our health.


It is very essential for a good health. If we are rising early, we can also take some physical exercise, in the fresh air of morning. It gives pleasure.


Students must rise early in the morning. They can do a lot of work in the calm environment of morning.
